Cardio Bag (beginner-advanced)
In this class we teach the essential kickboxing techniques and combine them into intense combinations. You may feel like you want to stop, but a fighter never quits!
We like to keep things simple, but intense which is why this class is perfect to get your feet wet and see what kickboxing is all about.
Shadow Boxing (intermediate-advanced)
This class is a non-stop cardio builder! It can be very beneficial to have a strong cardiovascular base.
We like to combine bag work with an "aerobic" style kickboxing routine that is sure to get your heart rate pumping. Don't say we didn't warn you, this class is not recommended for beginners.
Fight Fit Cardio (intermediate-advanced)
Do you want it all? This class has it! Just like our other classes, you will never know what to expect when you walk in.
We use the bag, we use focus mitts, we use kickboxing combinations, we use MMA techniques, and throw in some core exercises for a well rounded experience!
This class is a high pace that most beginners cannot keep up with. Please take a few Cardio Bag classes and Fight Fit 101 classes before attempting this class.
Fight Fit 101 (beginner-advanced)
We believe that everyone has what it takes to get strong, and look great! We use this class to make sure that everyone that walks through our door can perform our exercises safely.
We dedicate most of our time in this class to teaching proper form for fundamental exercises. Once we feel that you are "good-to-go" we give you a sample workout that you would see in our Fight Fit class.
This will allow you to not only be able to confidently walk into our Fight Fit classes, but it will also teach you how to find YOUR own intensity and use it to it's maximum advantage.
Fight Fit (intermediate-advanced)
Have you ever wondered how Professional Fighters get in such great shape? Other than being incredibly motivated and dedicated, they start by developing a strong base level of strength and conditioning, and then crank it up a notch by incorporating basic fighting techniques and drills in order to create a phenomenal and effective training session.
This is exactly what you can expect when you take this class! It is calibrated to achieve a specific physiological and adaptative training response. Or in meat-head terms, "it will get you jacked!" You will never get bored as this class is never the same!
Kettlebells have just recently become popular in the fitness industry, however, Martial Artists and combat fighters have been using them as primary tools to get in incredible shape for years. Kettlebells are instrumental in teaching your body how to move efficiently, and one of the greatest advantages to kettlebell training is how quickly it can whip you into shape!
