6-step success:
Your fitness roadmap

We’ve developed a meticulously crafted, comprehensive six-step process that acts as your personal roadmap, guiding you steadily towards your fitness goals.

01.

Schedule 1st Class

The first step is always the hardest. Our coaches will guide you through your first class to ensure you safely execute movements. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first class to meet your instructor and explain your goals and any necessary modifications and provide gear as needed.

02.

Warm Up

Class starts with a 10 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) warm up. Participants should go at their own pace, taking breaks AS NEEDED. Your stamina will improve with practice!

Warm up is followed by stretching before we start bag rounds.

03.

Bag Rounds

Five sets of 4-minute bag rounds will focus on a variety of punches and kicks. An instructor will closely guide you through your first class and beyond as needed to ensure proper form and technique. Four bag rounds are structured with the fifth round “freestyle” to allow members to work on individual targets.

Strength/Conditioning

We heard you loud and clear! Strength training offers a wide variety of beneits including:

Final Stretch

One more final stretch before end of class.
